“The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, well-maintained, for a facility with some years on it, but are small and in need of updating (replace carpet with other easier to clean flooring). The AC unit struggled to keep the room comfortable. The pool area concrete is in desperate need of resurfacing (lots of peeling paint). The breakfast buffet was good; however, sugar free sweetener is limited to sweet and low (bitter saccharine). Staff are friendly and helpful. It's close and……

“The staff was very friendly. I work in the hospitality industry and so this was a plus to me. They went out of their way to locate a charging block and cord for my phone. The room was not very clean and was very musty. I normally will overlook things, which is where I started. The sheets seemed dirty. So the next day I decided to strip the beds to ensure that the sheets would get washed. Had I done that the night before, I would have had them come change the sheets. Enough said about……

“I have never had staff be more polite and accommodating, at any motel or hotel I’ve stayed at! The room also was very clean. The Hampton Inn in Jasper, Indiana is to be commended!”

“I give it a four star mainly because it feels pretty safe there. I definitely would recommend it for families if it's in the price range that you're looking for. We like vending machines for a quick night snack sometimes if you're into that make sure to have dollars and quarters the food machine only takes dollars and the Coke machine only takes quarters but the food vending machine will if you change back in quarters. The AC was freezing so that's a huge plus to me. Pay attention to the fact……
